BOXNUBE is happy to serve customer and fulfil their requirements. Please see below for returns eligibility:
- Damaged product (visible damage / tampering to outer package) - No Returns Accepted - Customer needs to reject the delivery of package & return to courier person without opening. Customer to inform us, so that a replacement can be sent
- Damaged product (No visible damage or no tampering to outer package) - Return Allowed post approval - Customer to contact BOXNUBE care within 48 Hours of product delivery.
- Defective product - No Returns Accepted - Customer to contact brand support via phone / email to troubleshoot the issue or contact nearest service center for replacement.
- Wrong / Altered product / Empty / Accessories Missing - Return Allowed post approval - Customer to contact BOXNUBE care within 48 Hours of product delivery
- Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders Rejected - No Refunds - In case customer refuses to accept package at time of delivery, the pre-payment amount done for COD orders will not be refunded (will be adjusted to recover the double shipping cost - forward & return courier)
In-eligible Returns -
Returns are not accepted for the below reasons -
- Product “No longer needed”, "Performance not adequate", "Incompatible or Not Useful for Intended Purpose"
- Wear & tear/damage caused due to improper installation
- PRE-ORDER” or “Back-Order” or “SPECIAL-ORDER” or “Offer” or "Bulk Quantity" products are not returnable
- Opened consumable items (e.g., CD, DVDs, ink cartridges, batteries, film, tapes, paper, bulbs, etc.)
Returns Guidelines
- The customer shall inform to us within 48 Hours of product delivery
- Customer must share video evidence (unpacking / 360 deg view) with care team in case of Empty Package/Quantity / Accessories missing issue
- Customer needs to share 7-8 images of the Complete product, Product packaging/box (Outer & Inner) & Shipment label while raising the Return or Replacement request
- All products must be in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories
- Items sent back to us without approval will not be accepted
- All return requests need to be raised by using contact us link
Refund Policy & Timelines
- Once your refund has been approved by our team, it would take anywhere between 7-10 business days to complete your refund process
- For all prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where payment was made
- If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us
